Refund and Returns Policy

Our Return/Exchange/Refund policy is valid for 7 days post purchase.
If 7 days have passed since your purchase, we will be unable to offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all the tags intact.

Any product sold during the sale period will not be considered under claim or return policy .

To complete your return, we require the bill or receipt.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing for reasons not due to our error.

Any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery will not be eligible for returns/exchange or refunds.

Products purchased during sales are not returnable

Refunds

Once your return is received, your products will be sent for quality check and you will receive an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you do not receive a refund in a few days, kindly check with your bank

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is reflected.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchange policy

You can exchange the product bought from our website within 7 days from order delivery date, for any reason including SIZE Change, as long as it is returned to us in its original packaging, in unused condition with all Tags and Labels intact, and is accompanied with its Original bill

We provide reverse pick up facility for most of the locations in India however, for locations where the reverse pick up facility is still not available for return/exchange, the customer needs to send the package to our warehouse address. Kindly get in touch with the Customer Care team for any assistance.

If you want to exchange your bought product with a different product, having a different selling price, then you should cancel your original order by booking a return on our website and place a new order.

Claim policy

100% claim is allowed if there is any manufacturing defect in the product within 1 month of purchase with the copy of the bill.

Product older than 1 month & under 3 months has to be sent to us with Original bill, please ensure that the defect claimed is genuine i.e. no external defect has been caused intentionally or un-intentionally especially by Rough usage, Dog bites, Silencer burns, Usage of Razor / Blunt object etc.

An approval will be provided by us based on the genuineness, usage & repair-ability. If unrepairable the claim value may vary from 50 to 100% of the product’s price.

No Claims will be entertained under any circumstances of product more than 3 months old.

Gift

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

Shipping returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

.Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

.If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item

Shipping policy

We cater to customers located within India only. At present we do not accept orders for international shipping.

We undertake to ship your orders anywhere in India. We are committed to delivering your order accurately, in good condition, and on time. 

We do not charge you for Shipping. However, we charge a flat fee of Rs. 49 on COD orders

We ship on all weekdays (Monday to Saturday), excluding public holidays.

For all orders priced at Rs.1000 or below, there is a fixed shipping fee of Rs. 50 which will get applied on the checkout page.

Order once is shipped from our warehouse, the same cannot be cancelled. If you wish to still continue with cancellation, you may refuse accepting delivery when the courier partner comes.

We generally ship out orders from our warehouse within 48 hours of orders receipt and the orders should reach you within 5 – 7 days.

We have tied up with several logistics partners for smooth deliveries across India. All your shipment-related queries would be addressed directly by our customer support team.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation By FRANCO BOUTIQUE

Please note that there may be certain orders that we are unable to accept and must cancel. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason at any point of time. Some situations that may result in your order being cancelled shall include limitations on quantities available, delivery limitations, inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, or any defect regarding the quality of the product. We will intimate you if all or any portion of your order is cancelled. In case of prepaid orders which is cancelled, the paid amount will be reversed back in your original payment mode.

Cancellation By User

In case of requests for order cancellations, we reserve the right to accept or reject requests for order cancellations for any reason. As part of usual business practice, if we receive a cancellation notice and the order has not been processed / approved by us, we shall cancel the order and refund the entire amount.Please note we do not accept the order cancellation request once your order has been packed. In case delivery is attempted, we request you to deny acceptance if you do not wish to keep the product, in case of prepaid your amount will be refunded to original payment mode after receiving the product at our order processing centre.
